DAY 1

10:30PM We will meet directly at Borivali National Park main Gate

11:30 PM: Start Traveling To Andharban

DAY 2

4:30 AM: Reach At base Village.Get refreshed.

5:30 AM Have a Breakfast.

6:00 AM After Breakfast Start trekking to Andharban.

09:00 AM Reach Valley view point.

11:00 AM Start Returning back to Pimpri

01:00 PM Reach back to pimpri.

02:00 PM Have Lunch.Take Rest For Some Time.

3:30 PM Start Return back to Borivali.

08:30 PM Reach back to Borivali(Or can be delay)

4:30-05:00 AM: Report to The Trekleaders at Fergusson College Main Gate

05:20 AM: Bremen Chowk, Shivneri Bus Stop

05:30 AM: Pickups from Wakad-Hinjewadi Flyover (Near Sukhwani Indian Oil Petrol Pump)

08:00 AM: Reach Base village and Have Breakfast

09:00 AM: Start Trek through Andharban Forest Post Briefing and Instructions by trek leaders

12:00 PM: Reach at valley view point , take a break

12:30 PM: Start Return Journey towards base village

02:00 PM: Reach at base village,

03:00 PM: Start return journey to Pune.

08:00 PM: Reach Pune. (Arrival time is subjective to traffic and weather conditions)

THINGS TO BE CARRIED

• Water bottle 2-3 Lt.
• Torch is compulsory.
• Dry snacks you can carry if u feel hungry during travel. (almonds,dates,plum cakes,biscuits,etc.)
• Cameras, DSLR etc. can be carried on your own risk.
• Extra footwear (optional) if u need to change.
• Personal Medication if necessary.
• Sweater / Rain Coat
• Extra Pair of clothes

Instructions :

1) While walking from base village to valley we will make 3-4 small groups so that our volunteers can handle, count and track them easily.

2) No participant should leave his/her group.

3) If anyone leaves their group and faces any kind of problems then only himself/herself will be responsible.

4) Route can be muddy due to the rain and terrain can be rough so it is advised to follow instructions and to be in their groups.

5) We will have 3-4 checkpoints. We will take rest only on those points. It is an important part of the trek to complete our journey in time.

6) Please report on time at mentioned pick up point. In the case of any late reporting, we may have a delay to start the journey.

7) Consumption of Alcohol and Smoking is strictly prohibited. If anyone is caught by villagers or by our volunteers then we will take serious action on them.

8) It is a simple village. There are no close toilet facilities.

9) There will be a long gap between breakfast and lunch so you can carry dry snacks like plum cake, wafers, almonds etc. with you.

10) Fees are non refundable and can not be transferred.

 Cancellation Policy

We understand the disappointment of cancelling a trek after months of preparation. That's why we have a traveller-friendly cancellation policy.

Pending Payment Policy:

 * Complete your pending payment 5 days before departure.

 * Failure to pay the second instalment may result in booking cancellation and loss of advance payment.

 * Boarding will be denied for non-payment, and the seat will be reassigned.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

For Backpacking Expeditions and Long Treks (More than 4 nights):

 * 30+ days before the trek: Full refund in a Gadvede Trekkers coupon or monetary refund with a 15% cancellation charge.

 * 20-30 days before the trek: 80% refund in a Gadvede Trekkers coupon or monetary refund with a 50% cancellation charge.

 * Less than 20 days before the trek: No monetary refund; 50% in a Gadvede Trekkers coupon.

 * Less than 15 days before departure: No refund.

 * If unwell: No refund; find a replacement if needed.

For Sahyadri Treks/Camping and Weekend Backpacking Trips:

 * 30+ days before the trek: Full refund in a Gadvede Trekkers coupon or monetary refund with a 15% cancellation charge.

 * 20-30 days before the trek: 80% refund in a Gadvede Trekkers coupon or monetary refund with a 50% cancellation charge.

 * Less than 20 days before the trek: No monetary refund; 20% in a Gadvede Trekkers coupon if fully paid.

 * Ticket transfer: 20% surcharge, subject to the organiser's decision.

* If fees are discounted then in any cases fees will not be refunded.

* In all cases GST and processing fees are non refundable.

 * No-show or illness: No refund; find a replacement if needed.

 * Advance Booking amount: Non-refundable.

Important Note: Trek Insurance, train cancellation, and agent charges are non-refundable if the trek is cancelled within 6 days before departure.

If We Cancel a Trek:

 * Natural calamities or unrest: No refund if the trip has started.

* Before departure: Full refund except for train and bus cancellations.

 * Sahyadri treks: Opt for event shift or full refund if cancelled due to low participation.

 * Transport issues: Alternate arrangements made; participants bear costs.

Trip Delays and Connecting Transport Failures:
