What is Rappelling?
A descent from a height, such as a cliff or wall, in which one slides down an anchored rope and applies friction to control one’s speed, either by means of a specialized device or by passing the rope under one thigh and over the opposite shoulder.
Why Duke Nose?
The rappelling part is the easy part, the real fun begins once you rappel down wiping off your panic sweats from your head, only to find that a 1000ft exposed cliff traverse awaits

Rappelling Height : 300 ft, Traverse 1000 ft.
Grade : Medium
Batch 1: Saturday 12th Dec.
Batch 2: Sunday 13th Dec.
Cost: Rs.1,500/- per person.

Itinerary
08:00 am – Meet and greet at Lonavala Station.
08:30 am – Reach Dukes Nose base camp and have breakfast.
09:00 am – Start the trek to Dukes Nose.
10:00 am – Training and harnessing followed by the main event.
05:00 pm – Move from base camp towards Lonavala.
06:00 pm – Journey ends at Lonavala.

Pune Participants :
Catch Pune-Lonavala local and get down at Lonavala station
