Modern psychology views the human being as a static possibility in terms of potential. It sums up a person in 16 different personality types and previews human behavior and potential within the boundary of this fixed personality spectrum.
Unlike modern psychology, the yogic sciences acknowledge that the capability of a human being can go beyond any static limit. Thus, the possibilities are limitless.
According to the yogic perspective, the whole existence including the human system is a creative play of five fundamental elements.
These 5 elements are :
1. Earth
2. Water
3. Fire
4. Wind
5. Space
How these elements behave within an individual determines their current physical & mental condition. This makes every individual unique in terms of their intellectual and creative capabilities.
All mental illness and emotional stress is due to some kind of an imbalance or disturbance on the very fundamental level of these five elements within an
individual.
Tattva Shodhan is a whole science in yoga that focuses on restoring these 5
elements within a human system, so that the body and mind is never an impediment
in one’s growth and whatever one wants to do in one life.
Once we restore these 5 elements back to their natural state there will be a
ceaseless expression of an individual’s potential and inner creativity.

Who should attend
This module is designed for those individuals who have a creative bent of mind and are looking to maintain their overall mental and emotional wellbeing.
Materials required
A fully charged laptop or a tablet device from every participant which has good sound quality and a yoga mat. In case the floor is cold due to the weather conditions, a thick fabric can be layered on top of the yoga mat. It would be best if the participants attend the session in a light stomach condition
