Ride a total of 200km starting Monday, 18th July until Sunday, 14th August 2022 and earn yourself a finisher’s medal along with a Certificate as well as many more gift vouchers, prizes and goodies from our partners.

Cycling Challenge Rules:

1. The participant must download the mobile app Strava and needs to request permission to join the Strava Club named Monsoon Mania Cycling Challenge 2022 (https://www.strava.com/clubs/TGMMCycle2022)

2. The participant must record his/her rides on the mobile app Strava only. Duplicate/Manual/Tagged entries & Trainer Rides are disallowed.

3. A participant will be ranked from the following categories as per his/her age.

• Men (16+)

• Women (16+)

• Masters (45+ Open)

(A minimum of 5 participants are required in a category else the participant will be added to the next eligible category)

4. Each Ride has to be named Tri Goa Monsoon Mania Day 1, Day 2 and so on.

5. Participants must complete a minimum of 200km in 28 days (18th July 2022 - 14th August 2022) to complete the Cycling Challenge and qualify for a Medal, Certificate & Gift/Discount Vouchers from our associates.

6. Participants can log a minimum ride of 10km or maximum of 100km per day, anything less (10km) or more (100Km) shall NOT be counted. Only a single ride per day will be taken into consideration; participants cannot break up their rides into two or more sessions.

7. Participants may log in 100+ KMs on Sunday (24th July, 2nd, 7th & 14th Aug). Distance covered till Midnight will be taken into account only.

8. Manual, duplicate or tagged entries will NOT be counted. Participant has to log their ride on Strava App before the end of the day.

9. Participants that complete 200km will receive a Medal, Certificate and Gift/Discount Coupons from our partners.

10. The rider will receive Trophies/Badges/Prizes/Gift vouchers throughout the duration of the Tri Goa Monsoon Mania 2022 for the following:

• Trigoa Monsoon Maniac - Most Kilometers cycled (Weekly & Overall) 

• Trigoa Monsoon Mania King/Emperor/Queen - Category wise winners (a rider cannot win category & overall)

• Trigoa Monsoon Mania Centurion King - Most Century Rides Recorded (Overall)

• King of the Mountain - Most Elevation (Weekly)

11. By registering for the tri Goa Monsoon Mania 2022 (Cycle & Run/Walk Challenge) you agree to the terms and conditions mentioned. (Click on the link below)

12. Participants may opt for home delivery of Medal, Certificate, Badges & Vouchers at additional packaging & courier charges of ₹ 90 that can be added at the time of registration itself. Participants who do not avail of this facility will have to collect the above from Probyk, Panjim at designated dates & time that will be announced by the end of October 2022. Overall & Category Winners will be presented their prizes at the Annual Trigoa Awards Ceremony

13. All participants that wish to compete for prizes need to wear a Heart Rate Belt while recording their activities mandatory. This will help us in ensuring healthy and fair competition amongst participants. (No Heart Rate Belt needed for Minimum KMs Completion Medal & Certificate)

The organizers reserve the right to change the rules & regulations at their discretion without prior intimation. In case of a tie in any category overall distance & elevation will be considered to ascertain the winner. Cases of cheating, if any should be bought to the notice of the organizers by email to trigoarandonneurs@gmail.com; organizers decision will be final and binding on the participants.

Ride Safe!

1. The rider needs to Register individually first and enter the team name in the form before submission.

2. The Team Captain need to select the Team Option at the time of registering.

3. All Rules & Regulations of Individual Category apply to Team Event.

4. The Team with the Most KMs cycled will be crowned Champions.

Run/Walk a total of 50km starting Monday 15th August 2022 until Sunday 11th September 2022 and earn yourself a finisher’s medal, Certificate as well as many more gift vouchers, prizes and goodies from our partners.

Run/Walk Challenge Rules

1. The participant must be a member of mobile app Strava and needs to send a request to join the Strava Club named Tri Goa Monsoon Mania 2022 (Run/Walk Challenge) (https://www.strava.com/clubs/TGMMRun2022)

2. The participant must use the mobile app Strava to record his/her run/walks. Duplicate/Manual/Tagged entries & Treadmill Run/Walks are disallowed.

3. A participant will be ranked from the following categories as per his/her age.

• Men (16+)

• Women (16+)

• Masters (45+ Open)

(Minimum of 5 runners in a category are required else the participant will be added to the next eligible category)

4. On Strava each Run/Walk has to be named Tri Goa Monsoon Mania Day 1, Day 2 and so on for easy identification.

5. A participant must complete a minimum of 50km in 28 days starting 15th August, 2022 to qualify.

6. A participant can log a minimum run/walk of 2km & maximum of 10km per day, anything less (2km) or more (10Km) shall not be counted. Only a single run/walk per day will be taken into consideration; participants cannot break up their run/walk into two or more sessions.

7. No cap on distances run/walked on Sunday (22nd & 29th August, 4th & 11th September)

8. Manual, duplicate or tagged entries will NOT be counted. Participant has to log their run/walks on Strava before the end of the day.

9. A participant that completes 50km will receive a medal, certificate & gift vouchers from associated partners.

10. The participants will receive Trophies/Badges/Prizes/Gift Voucher throughout the duration of the Tri Goa Monsoon Mania 2021 for the following:

• Trigoa Monsoon Maniac - Most Kilometers ran (Weekly & Overall)
