PERSONAL ENERGY MANAGEMENT is personal energy coach R Sridhar's signature course that teaches you to understand human energy in terms of vibrations, wavelengths and frequencies through a variety of exercises and experiences.

He has been conducting these training sessions for over 15 years, studying and practising it for over 30 years and has taught over 3000 people over the years.

ABOUT THE WHATSAPP WORKSHOP

This Whatsapp workshop is a special one for this prevailing uncertainty to equip participants with a plethora of energy tips that will help them deal with the stress, insecurity, fear, job loss, health matters, money worries, boredom, etc., that this current situation has caused.

Whenever we encounter a difficult situation, it becomes imperative to manage our energy and not let the circumstance overpower us. And Sridhar teaches specific powerful tips and techniques wherein by changing your frequency, you can change the way you see life. You will then find no situation difficult to overcome.

This is Sridhar's third batch back-to-back on this subject, on popular demand!

FORMAT

  1. A WhatsApp group will be formed of all the participants. Everyday at around 8 am, Sridhar will post a podcast and a pdf file comprising notes and assignments to the group. The participants then have till 8 pm to complete the assignments. From 8-9 pm everyday, all participants discuss their experiences and post their queries have a free-wheeling discussion on the whatsapp group.
  2. Everyday is a new podcast and a new learning.
  3. This will happen for 5 days - May 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8.
  4. On May 9, all participants will meet on a Google meet video conferencing call to share notes and experiences from the workshop and take their energy journey forward.
