Boundaries already exist in nature and humans have to build them, in this workshop we learn what are boundaries, why we need them, how do we create them and we do this with interactive games leading us to grow our boundaries the way we want to live our lives.

Boundaries are good between any two people who aim to create wonderful experiences for themselves and each other and then create boundaries within family members to the society we live in to be able to be empathetic without self-sacrifice.

Duration: 2 Hours workshop which includes 15 mins of a tea break.
