11:00 AM - 1: 00 PM - Recruitment Strategy : Volume Hiring, Campus Recruitment, Niche skills, Leadership hiring, Vendor Management & Stakeholder Engagement

02:00 PM - 04:00 PM -  Recruitment Marketing: How to write Inmails, How to write Job description, Job posting, Infographic & Video JD, Employee advocacy, Social Media & Review Platform

4:30 PM - 5:00 PM - (Bonus Session) : Talent Analytics

It’s an Advance workshop by leading trainer and TA leader - Yogesh Sharma ( Director, Scale On technologies, ex Global Head - TA at Thomas Cook Group & Palladium Group London) with two other senior trainers.

It’s an advance training and average experience of participants is around 7 years. You must have 2+ years of relevant talent acquisition experience in corporate or agency.

A team of 3 or more will be getting special discount. This is an interactive online series of five sessions on Zoom Call to be completed in two weeks. Sessions will be scheduled on Friday & Saturday with limited participants (not more than 30). All five sessions are Live with trainers and designed to deliver online with interactive group exercises and real time assignments.

All participants with successful completion of training, will appear for SCTAP assessment.  If cleared, they will be awarded SCTAP (ScaleOn Certified Talent Acquisition Professional)
