Session Overview:

This session will introduce the concept of Computational Thinking (CT) and its integration from Class 3 onwards as per NCERT and CBSE guidelines. Participants will explore key CT skills such as problem-solving, pattern recognition, decomposition, and algorithmic thinking through simple, engaging activities. The session will cover both unplugged and technology-based approaches to help teachers effectively integrate CT into their classroom.

Learning Outcomes:

After attending this session, participants will be able to:

• Understand the concept of decomposition by breaking complex problems into smaller, manageable parts.
• Apply pattern recognition to identify similarities and trends for efficient problem-solving.
• Use abstraction to focus on relevant information while ignoring unnecessary details.

• Implement debugging and evaluation strategies to identify errors and improve solutions through iteration.
