Description

1. Professional Model will be provided

2. Make up and Hair Styling will be provided

3. Back Stage Assistance will be provided

4. Professional Choreographer will train the models

5. All participants will get a PARTICIPATION CERTIFICATE

6. Winners will get a TROPHY

7. Winners will get goodies worth Rs 10,000/-

8. Winners will get 1 year premium membership in International Council for Fashion Designers

9. Winners will get a chance to be a part of MAAYAH Cluster Boutique

10. Winners shall get a chance to Style for Celebrities for Photoshoots

1. The designer should register with Coimbatore Fashion Fest to take part in the exclusive fashion event for the budding designers.

2. The designer should submit a photo copy of his / her college ID card and a photo copy AADHAR Card.

3. Fashion designer / designers shall design and manufacture only one garment.

4. All designers shall design only women’s wear since Coimbatore Fashion Fest aims in empowerment of women as our social responsibility

5. Maximum of 2 designers can join together and make or form or produce a label and the garment.

6. Each garment shall contain a LABEL (Brand name or Designer Name)

7. Once the registration process is over the designer should submit the GARMENT SKETCH.

8. Each designer / label will be provided with a Trained Professional Ramp Walk model

9. Each designer / label will be provided with the complete measurement of the model. So that the designer can produce the garment according to the measurements provided.

10. The designer or the representative of the label can communicate and interact with the allocated model in case of any clarification in the measurements or alteration in the garment if any.

11. Make Up, Hair Styling for the models on the day of the event will be provided by Coimbatore Fashion Fest organizers.

12. The designers shall choose Indo Western or Western or Indian Ethnic clothing line for the garment

13. The designer / representative of the label shall be allowed to walk with the model on the ramp on the day of the event

14. Each designer and the co designer will be provided with Coimbatore Fashion Fest Certificate of Participation.

15. Each designer and the Co designer shall also receive a world record certificate if applied before the event.

16. The designer and the co designer will be given a free membership in International Council for Fashion Designers for a period of 1 Year.

17. Each designer shall design a presentable garment only. Violating the rules and regulations may result in disqualification.

18. Designers are requested not to add excessive glamour or skin show in the garment design.

19. Designers should submit the garment for verification purpose on the allocated date in needed.

20. Each designer / label will be provided with back stage assistance on the day of the event.

21. The members of International Council for Fashion Designers shall be provided with placement assistance in regular intervals.

22. Registered designers shall be given priority in taking part in industry oriented workshops, fashion fests and training programs

23. Registered designers shall be given priority in RED CARPET fashion design workshops which will be executed with CELEBRITIES once or twice a year.

Compete for the Best Designer of CFF Award

Category 1 - BEST DESIGNER – INDIAN ETHNIC

Category 2 - BEST DESIGNER – INDO WESTERN

Category 3 - BEST DESIGNER – WESTERN

Each category will have 1st, 2nd and 3rd places respectively. So totally there will be 9 Awards (3 in each category)

Best designer of each category will be evaluated with the following specifications by our jury members.

1. Garment Presentation

2. Garment Construction

3. Relativity with the sketch submitted

4. Relativity and relevance with the category / theme

The winners of the trophies / awards will be given premium membership in International Council for Fashion Designers and shall be selected to design for Celebrity Photo-shoots, Beauty Pageants. Also shall be provided with an internship in kollywood movie projects.

Terms and Conditions:

The following are the Terms and Conditions for Exhibiting/Participating/Showcasing in Coimbatore Fashion Fest.Kindly read the Terms and Conditions carefully

1.Coimbatore Fashion Fest will be held at Hindustan College of Arts and Science, Coimbatore, India on 27th September, 2019. 2. The Participating Exhibitors and their assisting team members must wear the Identity badges provided at all times during the CFF exhibit.

3. All participating Exhibitors must fully co-operate with ADF INC.

4. CFF exhibitors must be ready with merchandise by 11am on the day of CFF 2019.

5. The participants and exhibitors are requested to submit 2 Passport Size photographs and one address proof for security purpose on the day of the event.

6. CFF reserves the right to add/modify additional exhibition / display times, days and locations.

7. Participating Exhibitors / Participants will conduct themselves professionally at all times.

8. All designers shall design only women’s wear since Coimbatore Fashion Fest aims in empowerment of women as our social responsibility.

Please Note: • All designers must be registered by the 31st of August 2019.

• Dates and venues may change. However, CFF will do its best to commit to the listed dates, in case of any changes, exhibitors will be notified immediately. • CFF does not guarantee any kind of sales or foot falls at the exhibition. • We have a strict NO REFUND POLICY. Cancellation & Refund:

• No cancellations are entertained once the application is signed. • On no show or cancellations there is NO REFUND. • There is NO REFUND whatsoever post signing and payments made.

a) I/We have read and understood the terms and conditions stated with this application form. b) I/ We hereby confirm that what is stated in this application form for registration & the supporting documents are correct, true and proper. c) An amount of Rs.650/- would be charged as banking charges, towards bounced cheque, for re deposit or reissue.

d) I/ We accept that ADF INC reserves the right of admission to the show. e) I/ We agree to accept that the form will be rejected, if the submitted documents are not truthful in the submission. f) Application form once signed cannot be cancelled unless the applicant makes the full payment as per the selected slot, and are non-transferable under any circumstances.

g) Any legal disputes or issues shall be handled by Coimbatore City Court Only.
