• Race Starting Time Morning 07.30 AM

• दौड़ प्रतियोगिता प्रारंभ होने का समय - सुबह 07.30 AM

( If the weather is excessively hot on the day of the race, the event may be started ahead of schedule. All participants are requested to pay special attention to the timing.

रेस के दिन गर्मी ज्यादा रही तो रेस को समय से पहले चालू किया जा सकता है । आप सभी प्रतिभागियों से अनुरोध है समय का विशेष ध्यान दे। )

• Registration for the race competition will remain open until 07:00 AM on the day of the event.

• दौड़ प्रतियोगिता के दिन सुबह 07.30 बजे तक रजिस्ट्रेशन चालू रहेंगे ।

BIB & T-shirts will be distributed between 4:00 AM and 05:30 AM. Participants arriving after 05:30 AM will not be issued a T-shirt. Please pay special attention to the timing.

सुबह 04.00 बजे से 05.30 बजे के बीच में बिब और टी शर्ट दी जावेगी। 05.30 बजे के बाद आने वाले प्रतिभागी को टी शर्ट नहीं दी जाएगी। कृपया समय का विशेष ध्यान देवे।

A tug-of-war competition will also be organized, which will take place after 6:00 AM.

रस्साकसी खेल का भी आयोजन किया जाएगा जो कि 06 बजे बाद आयोजित किया जाएगा।

The Zumba dance session will be held after 6:30 AM.

जुंबा डांस 06.30 बजे बाद आयोजित किया जाएगा।

Finisher medals will be awarded only after the prize ceremony concludes. They will not be distributed prior to the prize ceremony.

प्राइज सेरेमनी खत्म होने के बाद ही फिनिशर मेडल दिए जाएंगे । प्राइज सेरेमनी के पहले नहीं वितरित होंगे ।

The prize money will be deposited into the bank account provided by the winner within 10 days.

प्राइज मनी विजेता द्वारा जो बैंक अकाउंट दिया जाएगा उसमें 10 दिनों के अन्दर पहुंचा दी जावेगी ।

All participants will receive their certificates within 10 days of the completion of the race competition.

सर्टिफिकेट दौड़ प्रतियोगिता खत्म होने के 10 दिन के अन्दर सभी प्रतिभागियों को मिल जाएगा ।

Individual photos of all participants will be shared on the Janapav Academy Facebook page shortly after the race. You can all download them from there.

सभी प्रतिभागियों के व्यक्तिगत फ़ोटो दौड़ होने के कुछ समय बाद जानापाव एकेडमी के फेसबुक पेज पर शेयर हो जायेंगे। आप सभी वहां से डाउनलोड कर सकते है ।

Note - After registration, participants will receive a message on their mobile phones, which they must show to collect their bib number.

नोट - रजिस्ट्रेशन करने के बाद जो प्रतिभागी को मोबाइल में मैसेज प्राप्त हुआ है उसे बिब नंबर लेने के लिए दिखाना अनिवार्य रहेगा।

• All participants are requested to pay close attention to the deadline. The organizers will not be responsible if you are late for any reason.

• सभी प्रतिभागियों से निवेदन है कि समय सीमा का विशेष ध्यान दे। आप किसी कारण वर्ष लेट होते है तो उसने आयोजक जिम्मेदार नहीं रहेगा।

• Participants are requested to run only if they are in good health. If anything happens to you during the race, you will be solely responsible; the organizers will not be held liable.

• प्रतिभागी से निवेदन है स्वास्थ्य ठीक रहे तभी दौड़ लगाए । क्योंकि दौड़ के बीच आप को कुछ होता है तो इसके जिम्मेदार आप स्वयं होंगे इसमें आयोजक जिम्मेदार नहीं रहेगा ।
