CITY CLUB OPEN TENNIS TOURNAMENT 2024

City Club is pleased to announce the 2nd edition of their annual

tennis tournament called The City Club Tennis

Championships.

The tournament shall be held on 12th, 13th & 14th of January

2024 for the following categories;

• 30 yrs+ Doubles

• Combined 90 yrs Doubles

• Combined 100 yrs Doubles

• Combined 110 yrs Doubles

City Club has announced a cumulative cash prize of approximately

Rs.1,00,000.00 across all categories. Entry fee is `1500/- per pair

for one category.(tax excluded)

Entries will be restricted to 2 categories per player, for a draw of

32. City club may use more than 1 venue to hold the tennis

matches, though efforts are in place to hold entire tournament at

single venue. Hence we appeal to players to have their entries

registered at the earliest. The last date for receiving entries is 10th

Jan 2024, 12pm. The draws shall be drawn on 11th Jan 2024 and

conveyed to all registered players through a players WhatsApp

group on the 11th of January 2024.

Special rates for dormitory or room accommodation can be

availed as per availability, at MPP Sports Park for outstation

players, details of which will be shared in the entry forms. We

appeal all tennis players to send in their entries and make our

tournament a grand success.

NOTE :-

TOURNAMENT DATES: 12th JAN to 14th Jan 2024, at City Club, Aurangabad.

Entry fee is `1500/- per pair for one category.(tax excluded).

Draws will be shared on the players WhatsApp group on 11th Jan 2024. Late entries are at sole

discretion of Organizers.

All players to report on 12th Jan, 7.30am, at Tournament Venue, or as conveyed along with

Draws and match timings.

•Players Should Register before 10th Jan 2024,

12pm.

•Registered players WhatsApp group will be formed and matches line up will only be informed

over WhatsApp group and not personally.

•Players to warm-up well before their match time, only 5 minutes will be allowed for pre-match

knocking.

•Players will have to report 15 mins before scheduled match time. Walk over will be strictly

awarded after 5 minutes delay. Organizers reserve the right to allow additional time or

sufficient time allowance for players playing overlapping matches in a different category.

•Decision of the organizer and match referee is final and binding. Match format will be

communicated via whatsapp group depending on the number of entries received.
