Change Agents Summit 2021

Organization’s Agile Transformations is a journey full of explorations and adaptations. One of the critical factor for successful transformation is a clear vision of the organization and commitment of Leadership to drive it in alignment to agile principles, where teams are encouraged to fearlessly explore and adopt. If you are part of agile transformations, you may have seen success through collective and aligned effort throughout the organization in different stages of transformation, or you might have seen teams putting endless effort in “Doing Fake Agile Transformation”, where Managers or Leadership claim that the organization is Agile, but nobody else feels it. In some cases, organizations are on the path of Agility for multiple years but all they do is training and internal learning programs. If you are/were on agile transformations, then please come forward and share your insights to draw a report showing "STATE OF AGILE TRANSFORMATION IN INDIA" so that organizations, their leadership, and headquarters can know that the world understands what is happening in companies in India on the name of Agile transformation programs and being Agile. This will also help Change Agents learn what helps and what hinders Agile Transformation in companies in India. They will be able to share with their organizations where they go wrong and enable their leadership to do the right thing.

Happening over 2 weekends (29 May, 30 May, 5 June, and 6 June 2021), Change Agents Summit is India’s first Flip Conference that intends to establish academia for Change Agents, where they can get together and based on their experience, create an Experience Report on "State of Agile Transformation in India". This will also help our Industries, our people working there, and the overall growth of everyone. This will also create an Ecosystem for our Change Agents that will equip them with the knowledge and tools needed to not just survive but thrive in an ever-changing landscape.

We will reflect on the 4 Stages of Agile Transformation in India:

1. Initiate Agile Adoption (On 29 May 2021, 7 - 9 PM IST)
2. Enabling Agile Transformation (On 30 May 2021, 7 - 9 PM IST)
3. Scaling Agile Transformation (On 5 June 2021, 7 - 9 PM IST)
4. Sustaining Agile Transformation (On 6 June 2021, 7 - 9 PM IST)
