Event Description

- Certified Scrum Master® (CSM®) is a designation offered by Scrum Alliance. CSM® training prepares you for the critical role of the Scrum Master by understanding the Scrum framework, its artifacts, Scrum roles, responsibilities of the Scrum Master and Scrum Events. Being a Certified Scrum Master, you will be able to:

* Ensure that the team follows Scrum ceremonies and values.

* Coach the team on Scrum and take them through the change.

* Establish an environment where the team can be effective.

* Ensure that goals are understood by everyone in the Scrum Team.

* Facilitate Scrum events whenever required.

* Find methods to effectively manage the product backlog. Removal of impediments that boost team productivity and performance.

* Help the Development Team to create high-value products.

* Guide the team through Scrum’s accounts, events, artifacts, and steer projects in the right direction.
