• Understanding of 4Ms: Man, Machine, Material, and Method
• Understanding of parameters to evaluate each of the ‘M’ in 4M
• Outline of 6S and how to implement each ‘S’
• Transform into a world-class culture of discipline, logic, and friendliness
Masterclass 2: Training program on Flow Management
Date: 3rd - 4th - 5th - 7th September
Objective of Training:
• Understanding of holistic approach on improving process using VSM
• Overview of Inventory management
• Overview of KANBAN & its application
• Introduction to changeover time reduction using SMED
Masterclass 3: Training program on Equipment Management
Date: 8th - 9th - 10th - 11th September
Objective of Training:
• To instill the importance of Total productive maintenance (TPM)
• Orientation of 8 Pillars of TPM
• Understanding of OEE, MTBF, MTTR
• Know how and Do How of each pillar of TPM
Masterclass 4: Training program on Quality Management
Date: 12th - 14th - 15th - 16th September
Objective of Training:
• Detailed understanding of Quality Management
• Detail understanding of 7 QC Tools
• Detail understanding of 8D Methodology
• Introduction to Six
