BSG Half Marathon

The Bharat Soka Gakkai Half Marathon (BHM) is a city-wide, public running event that brings people together to celebrate health, friendship, and community spirit. Open to all, BHM welcomes runners of every age, background, and ability.

BHM is designed as more than a race. It is a joyful platform where individuals come together to strengthen their health, build lasting friendships, and contribute positively to society. Guided by the values of inclusiveness, harmony, and mutual respect, the marathon encourages participation over competition and community over individual achievement.

Bharat Soka Gakkai (BSG) is a value-creating, non-profit organization with over five decades of presence in India. Inspired by humanistic ideals, BSG works across peace, culture, education, youth development, sustainability, and community well-being.

Hybrid Format for this Event-

You have option to participate in on- ground (Physical Run at JLN Stadium) or virtual run (participate from wherever you are) now. 

What is Virtual Run?

Virtual Running means participant can do your run wherever you are. You need not to come to the venue, like in this case it is JLN Stadium New Delhi.

Once participant has registered, he/she will receive the instructions about the process and steps on how to do it.

How to keep record of your activity

The Virtual Run/Walk can be done any time on 22nd March at a place of the participant’s convenience in an outdoor setting (Treadmill Running is not allowed).

Record the activity through a tracking app like Strava (we’ll share instructions to connect your Strava account to the event’s leaderboard).

The activity done will be recorded and it will be displayed on the event dashboard.

It will automatically keep record of your activity and you can see the progress as well

You will get your race goodies one week before the event day.

And completion certificate can be downloaded once the event is over i.e. 23rd March

Participants must run/walk only once anytime on 22nd March 2026 and finish their activity in one session. Multiple entries will not be entertained.

► 10.5Km Run (16yrs & above, 6:00am start, cut off time 1:40hrs, 1 loop): 2000/-

► 5Km Run (10yrs & above, 6:15am start, u-turn at 2.5Km): 1800/-

► 3Km Run (10yrs & above, 6:15am start, u-turn at 1.5Km): 1600/-

► 21.1Km Run [Virtual] (18yrs & above, 6:00am start, cut off time 3:00hrs, 2 loops): 2000/-

► 10.5Km Run [Virtual] (16yrs & above, 6:00am start, cut off time 1:40hrs, 1 loop): 2000/-

► 5Km Run [Virtual] (10yrs & above, 6:15am start, u-turn at 2.5Km): 1800/-

► 3Km Run [Virtual] (10yrs & above, 6:15am start, u-turn at 1.5Km): 1600/-

Facilities in Assembly Area-

Baggage counter will be outside assembly area, don’t leave your valuables like wallet, mobile & watches etc in your bag.

Recovery Zone and Medical station

Participants will get finishers’ Medal and Refreshment

Toilet Buses will be stationed near Assembly area and on the route

Prizes & Gifts for Winners:

The information about cash prizes will be updated on the event website, very soon. The fastest 3 males & females in each distance category (21.1Km, 10.5Km, 5Km & 3Km Run) will be felicitated on stage. Age Category podium finisher will be felicitated on a later date. Ranking by Net Time or chip time.

Refund Policy-

- In case of cancellation of the event due to reasons beyond our control, alternate options will be offered to registrants to participate in our upcoming events. It means the registration fee is not refundable but can be adjusted in our future events.

- No question asked refund policy: In case, a participant wants to withdraw from the event then he/she should inform the organizers at least 10 days before the event date, at support@coachravinder.com to get a refund (excluding processing fee).

Waiver statement:

I confirm that I am physically and medically fit and have prepared adequately to take part in this race, and that I have been declared fit by a qualified medical practitioner. I understand that participating in a marathon involves risks, including injury or illness, and I willingly accept these risks. I agree that the organizers, their staff, volunteers, partners, and all persons connected with the event will not be responsible for any injury, loss, or damage arising from my participation, and I will not make any claim against them based on any incorrect or incomplete information provided by me.
