Cycing is open for Women, Men and Children. Competitive racing is only for Women in 25km or 12km categories.

Categories & Timing: 
25 km - 6.30 am (Reporting Time 6.00 am)  
12 km - 7.30 am (Reporting Time 6.30 am)  
4 km - 8.00 am (Reporting Time 7.30 am)
Stationary Gym Exercise Cycle & Zumba - 7.00 am (Reporting Time 6.30 am)

Inclusions in Ticket for all participants:
1) 25 km & 12 km - You will get T-shirt, cycle and helmet on rent, BiB with timing chip, completion medal, an online completion certificate and refreshment. 
2) 4 km - You will get a T-shirt, completion medal, BiB number, online completion certificate and refreshment.
3) Stationary Gym Exercise Cycle - Cycle facility followed by refreshment and a fun & energy filled atmosphere to cycle under the sun!
4) Zumba - Professional Trainer, refreshment and an energy filled atmosphere.

Terms and Conditions

• Please choose the event category carefully, confirmed registrations are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be modified. Provide us with a secure email ID/mobile number that you can access regularly, since this will be our primary means of communication during the run up to the event.
• Users of email services that offer filtering/blocking of messages from unknown email address should add this email id woscyclothon2018@gmail.com / avadindiacsr@gmail.com to their address list.
• We will be sending important updates to the Mobile number you have provided in the registration form this should be not treated as spam and you shall not take any action against our bulk sms service provider.
• Any notice sent to the email address registered with the organizers shall be deemed as received by the participants.
• You are aware that cycling / long distance cycling is an extreme sport and can be lead to injuries to body and health. You take full responsibility for participating in the Bournvita for Women - Women of Strength Cyclothon 2018 event and do not hold the organizing committee or any of it’s members or entities responsible for any injury or accident.
• You shall consult your physician and undergo complete medical examination to assess your suitability to participate in the event.
• You also assume all risks associated with participating in this event including, but not limited to, falls, contact with other participants, the effects of the weather, including high heat or humidity and the condition of the road, arson or terrorist threats and all other risks associated with a public event.
• You agree that Bournvita for Women - Women of Strength Cyclothon 2018 event organisers (Avad India CSR Advisory Services / Viral Baap Marketing Solutions LLP) shall not be liable for any loss, damage, illness or injury that might occur as a result of your participation in the event.
• You agree to abide by the instructions provided by the organizers from time to time in the best interest of your health and event safety.
• Age limits:
  • 25 KM - 18 years or above as on 25th November 2018
  • 12 KM - 16 years or above as on 25th November 2018
  • 4 KM Joy Ride – Open to all
  • Gym Cycling and Zumba - Open to all
    *Participants below 16 years of age must be accompanied by parents*
• You also agree to stop cycling if instructed by the Race Director or the Medical Staff or by the Aid Station Volunteers.
• You confirm that your name and media recordings taken during your participation may be used to publicize the event.
• You may acknowledge and agree that your personal information can be stored and used by Avad India CSR Advisory Services / Viral Baap Marketing Solutions LLP or any other company in connection with the organization, promotion and administration of the event and for the compilation of statistical information.
• You confirm that, in the event of adverse weather conditions, major incidents or threats on the day, any of the force majeure or restriction by authority, the organizers reserve the right to stop/cancel/postpone the event. In case of cancellation of event, the amount of confirmed registrations (excluding already placed merchandise orders and bank charges wherever applicable) shall be refunded.
• The organizers reserve the right to reject any application without providing reasons. Any amount collected from rejected applications alone will be refunded in full (excluding bank charges wherever applicable)
• I agree to abide by any decision of a cycling official relative to any aspect of my participation in this event, including the right of any official to deny or suspend my participation for any reason whatsoever.
• Race day T shirt and other items (if any) are complimentary. T shirt sizes and quantities are ordered well in advance. While we try our best to get you the correct size, you acknowledge that the organizers will not be held responsible in case of short of any T shirt size or other items. The smallest size available is 'Small' size.
• For any reason you cannot turn up on race day, no refund of any form will be given.
• Participants must personally appear for collecting the Bibs. Bibs can be distributed in-absentee with written consent of the registered participant and with a valid ID proof.
• Participants will not be allowed to stay on the course beyond the cut-off time considering the safety and health issues. We request total co-operation from participants in this regard.
• It is MANDATORY to wear a cycling helmet for the entire duration of the race/event. Riders without a helmet would not be allowed to start. Cyclists are required to wear a standardized cycle helmet. The helmet must be fastened at all times while on the bicycle.
• Having read this waiver and knowing these facts and inconsideration of your accepting my entry, I, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release the event organisers and Viral Baap Marketing Solutions LLP’s team members and associated organisers, all event sponsors, their representatives and successors from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in this event, even though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons named in this waiver.
• If this registration is being made on behalf of a minor, I confirm that I am the parent / guardian of the child and that he/She has my permission to take part in the event. I further concur that all the above rules shall apply to him/her as if he were a major.
