Rema Menon V is the founder and Director of Counselling Point. Menon holds a Masters degree in Medical and psychiatric social work from Madras university and has over three decades of work experience. She focuses on career counselling and assists young people in realising their academic and career goals. Her centre established in 2005, is licensed both by Dubai Economic department and the Knowledge and Human development authority, government of Dubai.

Helping families and young adults is her calling. Many of the students she has counselled are now well established names in their chosen fields.
