Blue Ridge Funathon 4.0

Blue Ridge's biggest and the most awaited running event is back! To celebrate fitness with your family and friends in a fun way, RUN WITH ABHAY brings to you Blue Ridge Funathon 4.0. The race will take you through the scenic route in Blue Ridge, covered by lush green trees, surrounded by river and hills.

Event Guidelines:

• It is mandatory for every kid below 10 years to be accompanied by an adult registered under the same category as the kid throughout the event.
• After successful registration, the participant will receive an e-mail with details of free training and bib collection.
• It is mandatory for the registered participants to collect the bib as per the schedule shared in the e-mail. Entry to the event will not be allowed without a bib. The participant needs to present a government issued photo ID while collecting the bib.
• In case the participant is not able to collect the bib, he/she can send a representative with a copy of the registration e-mail and a government issued photo ID of the participant, for bib collection.
• Bib will not be available on the race day.
• The participant must run only in the race category applied for.
• The participant can request for change in category after the payment of Rs. 50 as processing charge.
• No cancellation or transfer will be allowed under any circumstances.
• Organizers reserve the right to disqualify or exclude any person from the event who gives incorrect personal details on the entry form, or who is suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Registration fees will not be refunded under such circumstances.
• Participants are not allowed to run with pets or unregistered runners.
• Participants must wear bib on the front of the t-shirt throughout the event, such that it is clearly visible. Any mutilation, fold, alteration or damage to the bib will amount to disqualification from the event.
• Organizers reserve the right to stop any participant from participating who is found medically unfit to continue in the opinion of the medical personnel.
• Photographs and videos of participants taken during any event organized prior to and on race day can be used for the purpose of promoting the event. Photographs and videos taken during the event would be random, no complaints for 'No Photos' from any participant would be entertained.
• In case of any natural calamity, unfortunate incidence or any permission issue, if the event gets delayed or cancelled, the decision of refund of the registration fees will be at the sole discretion of the organizers.
• The organizers have the right to change the venue in case of any issue with permissions, convenience or safety of the participants.
• Organizers would not be responsible for any medical issue, injury or any fatal incident of the participant during the event.
• Organizers reserve all the rights to decide and declare winners in each category and the decision will be final and binding.
