Shri. Dharmadhikari is a highly respected figure who has held top leadership roles as Business Head, President, CEO, Country Head, and Director in large Indian corporates and multinationals, both in India and abroad. Known for his remarkable skills in brand building, strategic alliances, and guiding start-ups to maturity, he has contributed significantly to numerous sectors including real estate and infrastructure.

An award-winning leader, Shri. Dharmadhikari has received accolades like the Most Promising Entrepreneurship Award 2011, Real Estate Icon, and the Lifetime Achievement Award for his work in India's infrastructure sector. His global exposure, as an official representative to over 26 countries and a delegate with organizations like FICCI and CDC, has shaped his expertise in Contract & Project Development Management, Sales & Marketing, and Business Development.

With an impressive academic background, including a Civil Engineering degree with honors, a Professional Doctorate in Management, and executive education from ISB Hyderabad and Gravitas Global, London, he is also a Fellow of the Institution of Engineers (India) and a Chartered Engineer. Currently, he serves as Chairman (Advisory Committee) of Indus Strategy Advisors and Managing Partner of Rebuild LLP.

Additionally, he’s a prominent Rotarian and currently the President of the Rotary Club of Pune Central, known for his inspirational contributions to society.
