During winters city attracts large number of migratory birds. T. S Chanakya at Navi Mumbai is one of the places to spot them, at least 30-40 bird species at one go

Possible sightings during our session would be Kingfishers, Lesser Whistling Duck, Garganey, Northern Shoveler, Gadwall, Eurasian Wigeon, Indian Spot-Billed Duck, Northern Pintail, Green-winged Teal, Common Pochard,Little Grebe, Spotted Dove, Pied Cuckoo etc. and not to forget Greater and Lesser Flamingo.
