Beshaq is a seven-piece indie/alternative rock band from Delhi NCR, built on one simple belief that great live music should make you feel something, regardless of language or genre. With two vocalists, lead and rhythm guitars, bass, keys, and drums, Beshaq brings a full, layered sound to every stage they step on.
The band first turned heads by winning the Battle of Bands at IIT BHU's Kashiyatra, one of the most competitive college music circuits in the country, and haven't slowed down since. Performing across genres without losing their identity, Beshaq covers the best of Indian indie, Malayalam music, and Bollywood, while steadily building a catalogue of originals that are entirely their own.
This show at Depot48 marks Beshaq's first performance at the venue, and a mixed set of Bollywood, Indian indie covers, and originals makes it the perfect introduction. Depot48's live music culture is exactly the kind of space Beshaq thrives in: an audience that listens, a room that rewards energy, and a stage where a seven-piece band can finally be heard in full. Expect a night that moves between moods but never loses momentum.
