This February, Pride Circle, in collaboration with Dell Technologies, invites you to an energizing, insight-rich Masterclass in Bengaluru: Working Together — Gen X to Gen Z, a session designed to help organizations move from generational friction to meaningful collaboration.

Why this and why now?

Indian workplaces are at a unique crossroads with Gen Z entering the workforce in unprecedented numbers, Millennials stepping firmly into leadership roles, as Gen X continues to hold the fort on critical decisions. Different ideas of success, boundaries, feedback, and wellbeing are colliding, and conversations around them are often delayed until conflict shows up.

This session creates space to address the questions teams are already grappling with:
