Sharmila Patwardhan is working as a Vice President, Agile Coach at Deutsche Bank, earlier, she worked with Amdocs and Zensar as Agile coach. She facilitates the concept of Product thinking, agile adoption, lean principles with facts to reveal the connection of human happiness towards motivation and innovation. In this talk, Sharmila will share insight on innovation and mindset with a research reference on cultivation of the innovation process.

Experience in service reliability engineering to deliver operational solutions, well versed in agile project management. Over 10 years of extensive experience in software development, deployment and DevOps philosophy. Worked as a technology lead for data services team on big data platform, works on problems of complex scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of multiple factors of the overall analytical and business aspect.

Speaker: Prachi Shah

Prachi Shah is working as Business Analyst at SpringerNature. She has experience in Agile Product development across multiple verticals and domains. In the second session, she will share insight on prospective of Business analyst, product owner and developer on ‘behavior driven development’. In one and half hour session we will learn how to create development story in project management tool (Jira) with BDD an Agile software development process.
