Gig Economy is the future of work. The changing workplace is influenced by fast emerging Industry 4.0 , specifically, Artificial Intelligence driven workforce replacement by intelligent machines. While some jobs are lost, there would plenty of new jobs which are not existing today.

Gig Economy is synonymous to The freelance economy, in which workers or professionals support themselves with a variety of projects ( or part time jobs), called gigs, for their living. The venture is focusing on the programs related to lifelong learning, gig work practices and entrepreneurship.  He has worked rigorously on Information Technology and Communication (ICT) Solutions catering to small and medium enterprises. Shashidhar is a successful gig professional having clocked more 1000 hours in global marketplaces.

Shashidhar has attended Engineering at Mysore during 1988-92 with AI as an elective subject and a project done on Graphical Simulation of Neural networks as part of the academic course.
