This contest has an OPEN theme and hence any art form on any medium can be entered.

Artists must be 16 years or older.

All painting mediums allowed including colored pencil & pen.

All work must belong to the person submitting the application.

All entries must be original artwork, conceived and created by the entrant. 

Painted over prints or drawings over prints are not acceptable and are a direct violation of the rules of the competition and copyright.

The competition will be judged by a carefully selected panel of Senior Artists on the basis of traits like Creativity, Technique and Presentation. Inherent and implied message will carry bonus points

The decisions made by the panel will be final and binding.

Jurisdiction for all disputes will be at Dehradun, Uttarakkhand.

All rights including Copy Rights on the submitted art-works remain with the respective participants
