Ms. Shivani Venkatesh is currently the Head of Client Insights at RBL Bank. She has worked with banks like ICICI Bank, Axis Bank, and is an alumna of Anna University, IRMA, and ISB Hyderabad. Shivani has also worked with Fintellix, an analytics, risk, and compliance product company catering exclusively to banks. She grew to lead the global pre-sales efforts helping to open new markets like Mauritius, Singapore, Vietnam, and the US, design blockbuster new products like the Risk-Based Supervision framework besides leading consulting teams for short assignments. 

As head of Data Labs, Business Insights and Innovation at HDFC Life, Francis is responsible for translating business problems and architecting effective solutions that drive business growth and profitability. He heads the organization's drive in the areas of Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and collaborating with the Insure-tech ecosystem. Through leadership roles in market-leading organizations across BFSI, FMCG, and Consumer Durables, Francis has gained rich versatile experience in successfully setting up new functions and building scale. Francis is an MBA from NMIMS (Mumbai), a CFA charterholder from CFA Institute, Virginia USA, Postgraduate diplomas in AI/ML from Columbia Engineering and University of Texas (Austin), and has a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics). 

Mr. Ashwin Malik Meshram is the Managing Director for a US-headquartered Predictive Analytics and Artificial Intelligence firm Spinnaker Analytics, specializing in algorithm development for financial services. He has worked closely with CEOs, CMOs, and CFOs of leading corporations in North America and Europe, on diverse initiatives ranging from business transformation to machine learning and is an IIT Bombay alumnus.

Ms. Sufia Khan is the Director of Boston Institute of Analytics, and also an entrepreneur. Owing to her varied interests, she has a wide experience in the field of Education, Public Relations, and Mass Media.
