AI-Native Engineering Symposium at Zywave 2026

Every engineering team is being asked the same question: what does AI actually change about how we build, test, and ship software?

Curated by Gaurav Mahajan (AVP Engineering, Aditi Consulting) and hosted by Zywave at their Pune engineering office, the format is deliberately restricted — about 150 engineers — to enable real conversation, not slideware.

Two speakers are anchoring the day:

• AI Test Automation Architect / Additonal director, will share how the software testing lifecycle is being rewritten by AI test agents, contract testing, and modern automation patterns — in practice, not in theory. 16+ years in QE, having led teams of 120+ and compressed regression cycles from 4 weeks to 1.
• Director of Data Science & AI at UBS, will talk about what actually changes between a notebook demo and a regulated enterprise AI rollout. 17+ years across enterprise AI delivery, multi-agent automation, and AI governance.
