The Agile Leadership Masterclass is designed to help leaders learn the knowledge and skills needed to build organizational agility. This is a certification based Leadership course accredited by ICAgile 

To achieve this, our Agile Leadership Masterclass focuses on developing agility in leadership approaches, building higher levels of self and relationship awareness and then learning needed to develop organizational agility.

This course is designed to help leaders reflect and develop their own knowledge and skills to lead an agile organization. We empower learning for leaders in the session by engaging them in discussions, activities, questioning and loads of reflections.

About Facilitator
Asutosh has over 20 years in the IT Industry. He has a rich Agile Experience of over 10 years where he has been a Scrum Master and Agile Coach and an Agile Delivery manager. The Unique quality he brings to these training are “experiential in nature” with a Socrates like quality to it, thereby allowing participants DISCOVER the world of leadership, and agility. Asutosh is a seasoned facilitator and coach. He is passionate about facilitating experiential learning sessions and professionally coaching individuals towards growth.
