"ACTION MANAGEMENT" as the name says it focuses on planning and organizing the actions and work activities of others (and self), including managing and coordinating tasks, developing plans, monitoring performance and achieving project goals within the given time.

Our Approach for the same is designed to make common man learn planning his actions and thereby manage his time and thus lead a happy life because 'Till you can manage your Time and actions you can manage anything.'

About the Trainer - Col Nandu Warrier

A vast experience of 35years; 22years in the army, 13years in teaching, training, consulting, coaching (certified coach) and NLP practitioner. 
He is also a Corporate trainer in behavioural and soft skills. Presently, he is the principal consultant at Saksham Universal. Also works as Head Corporate Relations at SIES College of Management Nerul, Navi Mumbai.
