The Heritage Project x Poets of Mumbai at Worli Koliwada
Step into the heart of Mumbai’s living heritage — Worli Koliwada, a vibrant Gaothan and home to the city's original inhabitants, the Koli community. Wander through its colorful lanes, visit ancient temples, and uncover stories of a coastal life shaped over centuries.
At the edge of the village, the 16th-century Portuguese Worli Fort stands tall, guarding Mahim Bay — a reminder of the tides of time. Along the way, let poetry weave through the salty breeze, with verses inspired by the eternal element of water. We’ll end with a soulful poetry circle at Worli Fort, where words meet the waves.
