In this Learning bite, we explore the application of the Lean Change cycle in the context of OKRs.
What is Lean Change Management? - Lean Change Management is a feedback-driven approach to change management inspired by the best ideas from Agile, Lean Startup, Change Management and Design Thinking.
What are OKRs? - Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) is a different way of defining and working with goals based on agile principles. They bridge the gap between the high-level purpose or vision and the specific tasks needed to make it a reality.
