After the enthralling Devotional Cycle Ride/Tour_De_Wari 2022 experience, we are coming up with this Fitness Wari 2022 for all those unable to pedal the milestone distance in one day or walk the same over 21 days.

Pandharpur Wari or Wari (Vari) is an annual yatra (pilgrimage) to Pandharpur - The Palkhi of the Hindu Saints Dnyaneshwar Maharaj & Tukaram Maharaj in the Indian state of Maharashtra, in honour of the deity. The tradition is more than 700 to 800 years old that is a March on foot from two locations Alandi (Pune) & Dehu (Pune) in Maharashtra to the Vithoba temple located at Pandharpur, attracting a total of over a million pilgrims.

This June 18th 2022 Indo Athletic Society had organized the Sixth edition of the Pandharpur Devotional cycle Wari/Tour_De_Wari. It's mainly for those unable to attend the traditional Wari (march on foot). IAS – Indo Athletic Society is committed to working for the Nobel cause of community health & environment through sports. With this IAS Fitness Wari, we wish to spread a message of working for the betterment of our health and environment.

During this IAS fitness Wari, we encourage you to do Cycling Running, Walking, or Yoga/Indoor activity for 21 Days.

Duration - 21st June 2022 To 10th July 2022

!! Choose your category to start the Devotional Journey !!

1. Cycling - 250 km One-way Pune - Pandharpur

2. Cycling - 500 Both Way Pune Pandharpur Pune in 21 Days or

3. Walking - 100 Km in 21 Days.

4. Running - 100 Km in 21 Days.

5. Indoor Yoga - Daily for 21 Days

Tshirt & Medal distribution @ Bhandara Dongar, Dehu Pune(Tentative plan)
