CAF- 30 Days Weight Loss Challenge
CAF - The Wellness Hub invites you all to 30 days of weight loss challenge that will help you lose weight, improve your gut health, break certain myths about "diets" and help you stay fitter and healthier. It is ideal for those who want to start their weight loss journey and also for those who are stuck up on a weight reading that won't change.
So join in and challenge yourself!
Start date : 20th May Monday
End Date: 18th June
Fees: Rs 1000/-
Once you register, you will be added to a whatsapp group where you will be guided on how to follow this challenge. There will be constant engagement and motivation in the group as all participants will share their meals, their challenges/queries faced and their progress. Here are some of the general rules or guidelines of the challenge.
Rules:
Rule#1 : Total daily calories Up-to 1400 (42000 for 30 days)
Rule #2: Maximum 3 meals per day
Rule #3: At least 1 gm of protein per kg body weight every day.
Rule #4: Intermittent Fasting of at least 16 hrs
Rule #5: No Snack, No Sugar, No alcohol, No juices
Rule #6: 3 liters water
Rule #7: 1 hour of physical activity (Run/Walk/Strength)
Rule #8: Grains (wheat/rice) only once a day
Rule #9: No milk in tea or coffee and otherwise
Consider this as challenge it's not a sustainable balanced diet and should be taken in that spirit only
*Apple Cider Vinegar 10 ml morning and 10 ml post dinner
*Only seasonal fruits & vegetables
*Weight & body measurements to be taken early morning day 1 empty stomach
*Mixed Seeds to be added to Fruits & Veggies
*Curd to be eaten at least once a day
*Black coffee, green tea, black tea without sugar can be consumed on any days
*Challengers will post all their meals on WA group
