About The Event and The Cause 

#run4diversity is an initiative to create awareness and promote the cause Diversity and Inclusion.

The Major Concern for taking up this initiative are focused on Causes:

• The representation of Women in Workforce in India is Dismally Low

• Nearly 50 % of Indian Women drop out of Corporate Employment

• Respecting and Welcoming Returning Mother’s Career – II challenge

• India ranks 2nd Lowest in terms of Women in Senior Management Levels

• Developing the women leadership workforce  for future

• Diversity at workplace Challenges for Hiring – Differently Abled People

While the Government is doing a lot but there is still much more to do than said and spoken . The private and corporate sectors needs to play a very vital role in this area , so this is an awareness initiative for corporates with their involvement to spread this message on gender diversity in their workforce.

We believe “Gender Diversity” and “Women Empowerment” is a major practical need of the hour for a futuristic organisation; it is more than a MORAL obligation. Health and being healthy is now becoming a key part of everyone lives, so aligning an health oriented event involving society members from across the layers so share and imbibe our message - we are organizing a running event “Run4Diversity” to create a more inclusive Workforce & Society.

Run4Diversity 2018 is going to be the 2nd edition of the movement we initiated earlier - which was a huge success.
