• Shortlisting Financial Goals for Plan (corpus required, timeline, strategy adopted)
• Retirement Planning – Accumulation & Withdrawal Strategy
• Basic understanding of Asset Allocation
• How to decide Asset Allocation based on client risk capacity, goal timeline
• Estimating monthly surplus and allocation
• Undertaking a Gap Analysis for Insurance/risk cover (Human Life Value Calculation using Income replacement & Needs-based method)
• Automation, Linkages of different sections

Day 3: Remaining Intricacies of Financial Plan Construction and Financial Plan Presentation

• Who is the Real Hero Financial Plan, Financial Planning Software, Excel or?
• Being in the listener's shoes
• Understanding what the lead/client really wants
• Flow of presentation
• Revision of Data points and Revision of plan
• Periodic monitoring of the Plan to review its progress and undertake Portfolio rebalancing, and other adjustments to keep you on track to meeting goals
