The 300 hour Yoga Teacher Training in Goa is specifically designed for intermediate and advanced-level students, who have successfully completed a 200-hour Yoga teacher training course (at Goa Yogashala or anywhere else). The School are registered with Yoga Alliance so you can be sure to receive world-class training that aligns with the guidelines and grant you the confidence to step out into the world of yoga with a complex understanding of the practice. The students that complete their advanced 300 hour yoga teacher training in Goa with us emerge with a knowing of themselves and a daily yogic ritual that will influence not only their yoga practice and teaching, but also their daily lives. We keep our class sizes small as well to ensure that you get the attention and time it requires to deepen your understanding during your practices.
