2nd Edition Delhi Neon Night Run-2024

EVENT INFORMATION :

DELHI NEON RUN (NIGHT RUN): 2nd Edition Delhi Neon Run 2024 (1st June 2024) Saturday | 6:00 PM -10:00 PM | JLN Stadium Delhi | Organized by Universal Runners Marathon association with Nanhi Goonj Vikas Foundation. 

2nd Edition Delhi Neon Run 2024 - This is a night run with glow accessories entitled to build up your mood up on that night! Delhi Neon Run is a place where you can spend your time with your beloved family and Therefore, what is better to have a place that is related to health and entertainment? Join now to believe!!!!

Event Info: The JLN Stadium Delhi is the only place you should be on (Saturday) 1st June - 2024 at 6:00 Pm. If you are not registered for the time of your life you will definitely be missing out! This event will be filled with epic Lighting Neon Costumes and Music that will Simply Blow Your Mind! Run it solo or as a group it's completely up to you!

How Does It Work? Do not expect your typical 10k,5k,3k road race. You will be running through glow zones that will be running through glow zones that will consist of neon glowing laser lighting fog and music to enhance your experience back to finish (The Delhi Neon Festival) something that will change you forever! At the Delhi NEON Festival, you will have the chance to Dance, Socialize, take PHOTOS and more importantly have Fun! 

RACE GUIDELINES:

#1 All types of people are welcome .... whether you're Runner Walker or some who is looking for a thrill

.#2 Dress code : We highly encourage illuminated glow costumes if you are not wearing a costume you must wear a neon T-shirt for the full Neon Experience ! 

#3 Please be ready for a truly glowing Neon experience!

Registration Will Fill up : Yes that is right the longer you wait the more likely you won't get to participate in the Neon Glow 10k,5k,3k of your life !So grab your family friends and they will see you at the finish line !

REGISTRATION FEE:

Open for all (5yYrs -60 yrs above)1) 10KM (Timed Run ) :1500/- Rs Prizes: Trophy for Top 3 Runners Male & Female in below age category (12 yrs. to 60 above)

2) 5km (Timed Run ) : 1400/-Rs Prizes: Trophy for Top 3 Runners Male & Female in below age category (8 yrs. to 60 above)

3 ) 3km (without Timed Fun Run ) :1300/-Rs Prizes: No Trophy

Reporting & Flag Off Timing :

REPORTING TIME :6:00 PM

Flag Off Time : 10 km Neon Run-7:30 PM

Flag Off time : 5 km Neon Run- 8:00 PM

Flag Off Time : 3km Neon Run -8:30 PM  

Rules & Regulations : 

1. BIB Exchange is Strictly not Allowed we will Disqualify them Immediately. No entry Without BIB .

 2. Bib Number & T-shirt Collection Date Venue & Timings details will be updated After Closing Registration Participants will get mail also.

3. (Chest No.) Bib No. and T-shirt Collection not Available On Race Day.

4. Please do not litter the route. We will have dustbins all along the route.

5. Runners will get Finisher Medal Energy Drink & Refreshments after finishing their running.

6. Event Photos Race Result & Timing Certificate download after 1 day from the event date. Participants will get race result website & photos link on their E-mail ID & Universal Runners Facebook Page : https://www.facebook.com/universalrunners28/

7.Participants need to be at least 5 years old for the 3km run participants need to be at least 8 years old for the 5km run

8. Participants need to be at least 12 years old for the 10.55 km run

9. Participants need to be at least 18 years old for the ( HALF MARATHON )

10. Baggage Store Counter will be there on Race Day .

11. The Parking Area will be there .

12. No refunds of registration amount or transfer of registration.

13.You confirm that, in the event of adverse weather conditions, VIP moments, major incidents or threats on the day, the organizer reserves the right to stop /cancel /postpone the event.

14.Please call for an ambulance or aid if you ever do feel dizzy or unsteady.

15. No Vehicles are allowed on the stage area or track .

I affirm and state that I am physically fit and sufficiently trained for participating in the designated race. I have been certified to be physically fit by a licensed medical practitioner and agree to indemnify the organizers, its agents, employees and associates the organizing committee and other persons connected to the event against any losses damages costs liabilities claims or proceedings arising out of any misstatement and/ or misrepresentation made herein.
