2027 International Conference on Machine Learning and Cognitive Computing (MLCC) is an annual forum for the exchange of ideas and recent advances in innovative antenna technologies. It particularly focuses on machince learing and cognitive computing. At MLCC, all presentations are delivered by leading researchers and professors, ensuring a high-quality and focused technical programme. With great pleasure, we welcome you to the 2027 International Conference on Machine Learning and Cognitive Computing (MLCC), which will be held in Chongqing (China), from March 19-21, 2027. It is sponsored by Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications, hosted by School of Artificial Intelligence (CQUPT). Chongqing, a major municipality in Southwest China, is a vibrant, mountainous metropolis situated at the confluence of the Yangtze and Jialing rivers. Known as the "Mountain City" (山城) and "City of Fog" (雾都), it is famous for its unique geography, stunning night views, and spicy hotpot.
