Perhaps you are unable to find the time or financial resources to complete your 200 hour yoga teacher training – this course is a perfect fit for you as it is modeled from the first two weeks of the 200-hour YTTC syllabus.

In your 100 hour yoga teacher training course in Goa, we dive into the muscle and bone structure of the body and how it plays its specific part in each movement and pose. Should you choose to go on to teach yoga, this is fundamental in being able to sequence and queue your classes in a safe and effective way. In these lessons, you will learn about bones, muscles, organs, blood vessels and nerves so that you are able to avoid injury or aid in healing, and which asana will target the right area for yourself for your students.
