To start the New Year on a positive note join us for the “Yoga” workshop. The different methods bring about benefits to our mind, on an emotional, physical and social level. The benefits of meditation, to mention a few, are the reduction in stress, develops tranquillity and clarity, increases our awareness and expands our wisdom, our ability to resolve problems and ‘think outside the box’. No previous experience is required. This session is open to everyone aged 8 and above.
