About the Teacher :
Sunil Mahla, An RYT-200 Certified Yoga Teacher, based in Mumbai is helping people commit to long term fitness regimes for more than 4 years now. He describes his teaching-learning journey as a medium of exploration. Born and brought up in a yogi family and his certification from a yoga school in Himalayas credits to his deep understanding of the various yogic practices. He has a diverse teaching experience of training CrossFit athletes, young teenagers, women, and various other yoga enthusiasts. He describes Vinyasa as his love, and pranayama his support system.
