About The Workshop

This workshop is designed to develop self-confidence in the total image projected by an individual. This includes everything to do with an individual’s total appearance - the way to communicate through dressing, voice and body language.

Infidea’s workshop titled ‘Business Etiquette & Personal Grooming’ focuses on dress/appearance, workplace versus social situations, business meetings, proper introductions and the ‘handshake'. Conversation skills/small talk, dealing with interruptions and proper business email and telephone etiquette are also an important part of the workshop.

Objective:

 Understand the importance of professional behavior at work place.

 Understand and implement etiquettes in workplace.

 Understand the four basic behavioral styles and how to adapt to each.

 Demonstrate effective self-introductions, introductions of others and small talk.

 Develop an action plan to improve personal professionalism.

 Influence negotiations with power image and relevant body language
