We welcome you to join our endeavor of online Yoga, Meditation and Pranayama, Mon- Fri @ 04:30 pm IST via Zoom live streaming. All you need is your mobile/laptop/iPad/tablet, an internet connection and most importantly your will to join to empower yourself!
Practicing under the guidance of an expert ensures you don't cause any injury and you can practice in a safe environment. Everyone has a different body type, personality type and caliber. A particular movement/asana can prove to be beneficial for some and the same can cause major complications for others. You will be constantly monitored for the right alignments during the live classes.
You are welcome to invite family/friends who need to get through this challenging phase and come out feeling stronger. Yoga and meditation have a powerful effect on our immune system, mental faculties and of course benefits us physically.
These sessions will establish a solid foundation for your personal practice and also set the ground if you wish to partake in our intensive Teacher's Training courses. We will be conducting the online sessions on a regular basis so you can continue your practice irrespective of which part of the world you're living in.
People from all walks of life and practitioners of all levels are invited to join the sessions. We aim to teach Yoga as a holistic system and in a traditional way. For this reason, all our sessions include Pranayama (breath work), Mantra chanting and Relaxation along with detailed instructions to provide better clarity and take us beyond the physical plane.
You are encouraged to be regular in the sessions to get maximum benefits from the practice.
In the wake of the current lock-down and pandemic, Yoga Surya volunteered for three-weeks of free sessions to encourage people stay mentally and physically fit. Maintaining the same spirit, we have decided to continue the classes charging a nominal fee to support this endeavor. Although, we have never turned anyone away because of financial limitation.
Weekly Pass- INR 1,000/-
Monthly Pass- INR 3,000/-
Add-on Family member- Rs. 600/- per person (Weekly)
