Foundation Course :
4 Weeks-4 Saturdays

It will include;
Dhaarna & Dhyaan practises from the Vigyan Bhairav Tantra
Advanced Course :
5 months - 10 Saturdays
- Vigyan Bhairav Tantra gives importance to the mindset or perception behind each practise
- Advanced Course will include the one to one guidance from the Mentor at the end of the Course as to which practise is best suited for the Sadhak.
