Vedanta Zinc City Half Marathon 2025

• Once you successfully submit your online application, details in your online profile cannot be changed/edited by you. For any corrections, please email us at info@anybodycanrun.com

• Applicants can register only via online using the registration link and by paying the applicable entry fees based on the race category opted for. No individual/group has been authorized to collect entries on behalf of the event promoter, Anybody Can Run.

• Please read the Health Mandatories for details; the requirements mentioned therein must be fulfilled by all applicants at the time of registration and as advised by the event organizer from time to time.

• Anybody Can Run shall follow all health-related mandates, regulations and advisories of the relevant Government authorities. Non-compliance with these mandates by any participant shall result in non-participation. Such non-participation will not entitle the participant to any refund or deferment of entry fees.

• Important: Overseas applicants must check the travel protocols of their respective countries and that of Jaipur, India in force prior to applying and participating in the Vedanta Zinc City Half Marathon 2025.

Event Postponement Policy

• In the unlikely event that the Vedanta Zinc City Half Marathon 2025 is postponed due to unforeseen circumstances, all registrations will automatically be transferred to the rescheduled date. While refunds will not be issued, participants may request to transfer their registration to the next year's edition of the marathon.

Expo & Running Number Bib Collection

• In order to collect running number bibs from the Vedanta Zinc City Half Marathon 2025 Expo (19th and 20th September 2025), confirmed participants residing in Jaipur are requested to collect their bibs on 19th September allowing 20th September time slots to be available for outstation participants.

Entry Rejection and Refund Policy

• Once applied, no requests for cancellation and refund of application fees will be entertained under any circumstances.

• Application fees shall not be refunded in the event of non-participation, including failure by a confirmed participant to collect their bib from the Expo or being unable to run on race day due to health reasons.

• Any refund discrepancies must be brought to the attention of the Event registration team immediately.

Entry Deferment Policy

• If the event is cancelled for any reason, the participant's entry shall be deferred to the next edition in the same race category without additional fees. Qualification criteria of the next edition will apply.

• If participation limits are reduced due to Government mandates, a "last-in-first-out" rule will apply. Deferred participants will not be charged additional entry fees but must meet future qualification criteria.

Other Important Points

• Participation rights and associated benefits are non-transferable under any circumstances.

• The Event Promoter reserves the right to amend event terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

Sunday, 21st September 2025

2. When do registrations start and end?

Registration Start: 15th July 2025

Registration End: 5th September

3. Minimum age eligibility by category:

o Half Marathon (21.097 km): 18 years

o 10 km: 15 years

o 5 km: 12 years

4. Application Fee:

o Half Marathon: Rs. 2000/-

o 10 KM: Rs. 1200/-

o 5 KM: Rs. 500/-

Note: Registration fees cover race participation only. Offers, goodies, race tees, etc. are separate and managed by sponsors/partners.

5. How to apply?

Online only via the official registration link.

6. Health Mandatories:

Government health advisories prevailing at the time of event will apply.

7. How can overseas applicants register?

Only through the online portal. They must comply with current international travel protocols.

8. Accepted Payment Modes:

Credit card, net banking, debit card, UPI, and payment wallets.

9. How will I know my entry is accepted?

Email confirmation will be sent to your registered email ID.

10. Can I register for more than one on-ground race category?

No. Multiple entries will be rejected.

11. Can I register for both on-ground and virtual events?

Yes. Use the same email ID to register for both separately.

12. Can I run both on-ground and virtual races of the same category?

Yes, if confirmed for both.

13. Refund Policy:

No refunds under any circumstance once registered.

14. Can I change my race category after registering?

No. Race categories cannot be changed once applied.

15. Do finishers receive medals and certificates?

Yes. Finishers of Half Marathon and 10K categories will receive medals on race day.

16. When will confirmation be sent?

Via email upon acceptance.

17. Can I register on someone else's behalf?

No. Each applicant must register individually and agree to the waiver.

18. How to collect my running bib?

From the Expo on 19th and 20th September 2025 by presenting valid government ID.

19. What if my payment is deducted but status is pending?

Email your transaction details immediately to the support email.

20. Will running bibs be posted?

No. All bibs must be collected in person.

21. Can I transfer my bib?

No. Bib transfers are not allowed.

22. Will lost bibs be replaced?

No. Bibs will not be re-issued under any circumstances.
