• The above offer is valid for 9th or 10th March only. It is non-extendable and cannot be exchanged for cash or presented in lieu of payment for another reservation. Internet handling fee per ticket applied. Please check your total amount before payment.

• No price refunds will be entertained on tickets once sold. The ticket cost is non-refundable even

in case of event getting cancelled due to a natural calamity.

• Our event’s ticket would admit one only against one pass.

• Hotel Management reserves the right to ask any guest to leave the premises for any unsocial behavior causing inconvenience to other guests. Hotel Management reserves at all times the right to frisk its guests for security considerations.

• Guests are requested to have the entry bands on at all times once entry is granted into the premises. If the band is tampered, Hotel management reserves the right to ask the guest/s to leave the premises.

• Any damages caused by guests to the property or material of The Lalit Ashok will have to settled

by the guest(s) and paid immediately.

• For any child, related queries contact the festivity desk or the hotel front desk.

• Hotel or its management is not responsible for any guest valuables lost within the premises of

the hotel.

• Entry will be allowed against a valid ticket only. The onus to keep the ticket secure will lie with

the guest/ticket booker.

• Carrying an original valid Government identity card is mandatory for entry.

• All entry for group bookings / tickets shall be allowed in one go / together.

• Outside liquor, cigarettes, food and beverage, dubious bottles, illegal substances, weapons or any item considered inappropriate by the hotel management will not be allowed within the premises or at the venue. The hotel reserves the right to admission in all cases.

• The venue/hotel does not offer any reserved seating arrangements.

• Only guests above legal age of drinking will be served liquor.

• Any requirements for special arrangements will need to be communicated 72 hours prior to the

event, and is subject to availability as well as the venue’s discretion.

• Limited parking on a first come first serve basis is available within hotel premises. Parking of the

vehicle will be at vehicle owner’s risk.

• Smoking permitted only at designated places. Please reach out to hotel associates for assistance. Not abiding to smoking rules may attract penalty and also dismissal from the venue. People in an inebriated state will not be given entry. No food or beverage can be consumed in designated smoking area.

• Confirmation SMS will not be considered as a valid ticket, as email/ e-ticket pass is mandatory

with a valid government identity card.

• The hotel management is not responsible for any injury or damage to guest or guest property while attending the event. Similarly, any injury or damages suffered while reaching the venue or exiting the venue is to be borne by the guest himself /themselves and the organizer or hotel management will not make good any such loss.

• Please go through the details on the event details tab and the checkout page thoroughly before booking the tickets online, as the tickets which are NOT booked in compliance with it will not come in the ambit of discussion.

• Unlawful resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of a ticket would lead to seizure or cancellation

of that ticket without refund or other compensation.

• Please contact the hotel front desk or festivity desk at the hotel for any assistance.

• Persons suspected of carrying items that may be used in an offensive or dangerous manner, or carrying out illegal activities within the venue may be searched and asked to leave the venue / premises / hotel immediately.

• Venue/Organizer’s rules apply at all times and are binding on all.

• Room bookings are subject to availability and on first come and first serve basis.

• House rules will be applicable on all and needs to be followed at all times when the guest is within the premises.
