The Trek2HEAL event is an exciting opportunity for adventure enthusiasts to experience the beauty and wonder of Nandi Hills located in Chikkaballapur Karnataka. The trekking event is set to take place on June 11 at 6:45AM and is open to individuals above 10 Years. The event will begin at the Sri Bhoga Nandishwara Gudi and culminate at the summit of Nandi Hills offering trekkers a chance to explore the natural beauty of the region and push their physical limits by a bit.

Cancellation Policy:

In light of the uncertain circumstances that may arise, we understand the importance of having a clear cancellation policy for our event, "Trek2Heal." While we hope that the event proceeds as planned, we want to ensure that all participants and stakeholders are aware of the cancellation policy in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

Cancellation by the Organizer:

In the event that the "Trek2Heal" event is canceled by the organizer due to factors beyond our control, such as severe weather conditions or any force majeure event, we will provide participants with the following options:

a. Transfer of Registration: Participants can choose to transfer their registration to a future event organized by us within the next 12 months, subject to availability.

b. Refund: Participants may request a refund of their registration fee, subject to deduction of any non-recoverable expenses incurred by the organizer.

Participant Cancellation:

If a registered participant needs to cancel their participation in the event, given the logistical and financial commitments involved in organizing such an event, including upfront costs and arrangements with vendors and suppliers, implementing a no-refund policy ensures the sustainability and smooth execution of the event.

While we recognize that unforeseen circumstances may arise that require participants to cancel their registration, we kindly request understanding and support in upholding this policy. By registering for the event, participants acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions, including the no-refund policy.
