Trek to Kalsubai Peak with Mumbai Mountain Hikers.
Kalsubai is Highest peak of Western Ghat/Sahayadri. It is also known as Everest of Maharashtra. It’s peak situated on 1646 meter (5400 feet). Various peak are situated around Kalsubai like the north of the mountain range forts such as Ramsej, Harihargad, Brahmagiri, Anjaneri, Ghargad, Bahula, Tringalwadi, Kavnai can be seen. To the east one can spot Aundha, Vishramgad, Bitangad, to the west Alang, Madangad, Kulang, Ratangad (south west) and to the south Pabhargad, Ghanchakkar, Harishchandragad can be seen. The peak attracts a large number of trekkers and devotees determined to scale the mountain. To reach the summit there are well designated trekking routes. The trek route is a mix of easy to ascend slopes as well as treacherous rocky outcrops overlooking the valley below. The government has built iron ladders along the vertical hill slopes. These assist trekkers to allow for a convenient and safe ascent.

-Dear Participants if you are suffering from chronic condition like asthma, bronchitis, blood pressure, migraine, diabetes, joint pain, fracture, ask advice to family doctor before join Trek/any adventure activity.
-Before join event bring your needful medicine as per your doctor suggestion.
-Adventure activity (Trekking, Camping, Rappelling, and Cycling) can be reason of Disability/ Death. In case of any misshape happening; Mumbai Mountain Hikers/ any member of Mumbai Mountain hiker will not be responsible.
-During the event any accident, medical emergency OR any evacuation required participant will be own responsible about all expenses.
-All participant should be careful for bag and own things. If anything misplaced group leader/ Mumbai mountain Hiker will not be responsible.
-Any type of illegal activity, alcohol consumption, gambling, and smoking are keep it away during and before the event.
-On the event trek leader decision will be final decision no argument will be entertain.

Covid Safety Guidelines
Stay at home if you are feeling unwell.
Maintain at least 1 meter distance from others, and wear a mask if you cannot guarantee this distance.
Cover a sneeze or cough with a tissue or bent elbow, and immediately dispose of tissue in a closed-lid bin. Avoid touching eyes, nose and mouth.
Wash your hands frequently with soap and water, or with a hand sanitiser.
Each member of the group (participants/leaders/ clients & staff) wears protective mask while on interaction with each other. Do carry few unused, disposable masks.
It is strongly recommended to wear caps, full sleeves shirts and full trousers and shoes for adventure activities. It reduces exposure of your body parts.
It should be ascertained from the participants that they are not residing / have not travelled in a containment zone and have not come in contact with any person who was tested positive in last 14 days.
Ascertain whether any participant has any symptoms of Influenza like illness (ILI) like fever, dry cough, weakness, severe body ache etc. at the time of beginning of activity. If it is so then he/she should be asked not to participate activity.
