How do I get certified in TOGAF?

How to get certified in TOGAF:

Clearing the TOGAF9 Part 1 exam and get certified in the first level of certification which is TOGAF 9 Foundation. After this participant can apply for the TOGAF 9 Part 2 exam and become certified in the second level which is TOGAF 9 certified.   
Or
Clearing the TOGAF9 Part 1 & Part 2 exam together and directly gets qualified in the TOGAF 9 certified level.
