Sun Salutation Challenge – 16 years & above

Beginners Flow – 10 years & above


Who Will Manage the Event?


The event will be managed by Gautam Nishad, the head of Yoga at TIQFiT.

Gautam is a certified Acupressure & Yoga Therapist with over 7 years of experience in natural healing. His expertise lies in relieving pain, restoring energy, and helping individuals achieve mental and physical balance through holistic practices. With his deep understanding and compassionate approach, attendees can look forward to a meaningful and rejuvenating experience.
